# Sign in and navigate

Use your assigned OrderNest staff account and connect to the internet before
signing in.

1. Enter **Email** and **Password** on the login screen.
2. Tap **Login** and wait for authentication to finish.
3. Select your organisation if the app presents a choice.
4. Select your store if the app presents more than one location.

An organisation with one store can take you directly into that store. If your
organisation or store is missing, ask your administrator to check your account
assignment.

The app can restore the module you used previously. On a fresh selection, it
opens Sales Dashboard when enabled, otherwise Take Order. Opening a different
module does not mean you have changed stores.

## Move between modules

Open the main menu and choose **SALES DASHBOARD**, **ONLINE ORDERS**, **REPORTS**,
**SERVICE TICKETS**, **TAKE ORDER**, or **RESERVATIONS**. Only the modules enabled
for the store appear, except Take Order, which remains available.

Use the app's back navigation to return from a detail screen. On wider screens,
you may select another order directly from the list beside its details.

## Check your account or sign out

Tap the profile avatar in the top bar to see the signed-in name and email.
Choose **Logout**, then confirm **Logout**, or choose **Cancel** to stay signed in.

If a session-expired message appears, reconnect and sign in again. The app keeps
local pending orders on the device. Use the same user and original store when
returning to work with those orders.

## If a module is missing

Ask your administrator to confirm the store's dashboard, online ordering,
reports, service-ticket, or reservation setting. Having a menu entry does not
guarantee that an integration is returning data; an empty online-order list may
also require a connection or integration check.
