# OrderNest Sales App

The Sales App brings store operations into one app. Open the main menu to move
between the modules enabled for your store.

| Menu item       | Use it to                                                                      |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| SALES DASHBOARD | Review sales totals, running sales, occupied tables, and top-selling products. |
| ONLINE ORDERS   | Review and act on Swiggy and Zomato orders.                                    |
| REPORTS         | Compare today's and this month's totals and inspect sales breakdowns.          |
| SERVICE TICKETS | Follow kitchen tickets and mark items or tickets prepared.                     |
| TAKE ORDER      | Take a table order and settle its bill.                                        |
| RESERVATIONS    | Find bookings and review diner and reservation details.                        |

**TAKE ORDER** is always present in the module menu. The other entries depend on
store settings. If an entry is missing, ask your administrator to check whether
it is enabled for the selected store.

## Start your shift

1. [Sign in and select the correct store](/sales/getting-started).
2. Open [Sales Dashboard](/sales/dashboard) to review the current position.
3. Check [Online Orders](/sales/online-orders) and [Service Tickets](/sales/service-tickets)
   if those modules are part of your responsibilities.
4. Use [Take Order](/sales/take-orders) when a guest needs a new order or bill.

The layout adapts to the device. Order details may open separately on a phone
and beside the order list on a wider screen.

Dashboard and report data, reservations, and online-order actions need a working
connection. Cashier and Manager roles have access to payment and discount actions
