# Reservations

Open **RESERVATIONS** from the main menu. This module appears when reservations
are enabled for the selected store.

## Find a booking

1. Check the date filter; the screen starts with **Today**.
2. Choose the relevant period from the date options, such as **Yesterday**,
**This Week**, **Last 7 days**, or **Last 30 days**.
3. Use the search field to enter the booking ID. You can also search loaded
bookings by diner name, phone number, or email.
4. Use **Filter by Status** to narrow the list, or choose **All Bookings**.
5. Open or expand the matching booking to read the available details.

The status list is built from loaded reservations, so available status choices
can differ by store and period. Search applies to bookings already loaded into
the screen; scroll to load more bookings when needed.

## Review the reservation

Check the booking identifier, deal information, diner count, dining date/time,
reservation status, and available guest/contact details. Wider layouts let you
expand a booking row; smaller layouts present the information in cards.

Use the details to coordinate the booking with your service team. This screen
provides viewing, searching, and filtering. It does not offer a create, edit,
cancel, or check-in workflow for reservations in this app version.

## When no reservations appear

1. Clear the search field.
2. Set the status filter to **All Bookings**.
3. Select the expected dining period.
4. Confirm you are working in the intended store and have a connection.
5. If an error is displayed, tap **Retry** after restoring connectivity.

Although a wider search field mentions Transaction ID, the current search
matches booking IDs and guest details. Use the booking ID when locating a
specific reservation.
