# Service tickets

Open **SERVICE TICKETS** from the main menu. This module is available when the
store's kitchen display feature is enabled.

## Find the ticket

Use the status tabs:

| Tab | What it shows |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| In Process | Tickets with preparation work in progress. |
| Processed | Tickets matching the prepared status. |
| Cancelled | Tickets matching the cancelled status. |

Review the bill/KOT number, table name, item quantities, add-ons, and preparation
comments on each card. Use **Sync** to refresh the ticket data.

## Mark one item prepared

1. Open **In Process**.
2. Find the correct table and ticket.
3. Tap the item that has finished preparation.
4. Verify the item updates to the prepared appearance.

Prepared items are shown in green with a line through the text. Cancelled items
are shown in red with a line through the text. The tap action applies to items
still preparing in In Process.

## Complete a ticket

When the entire ticket is ready, tap **Done** on its card. This sends a prepared
status for the ticket. Wait for the update, then check the processed view or
refresh with **Sync**.

**Done** is a preparation action. It does not settle the guest's bill or record
a payment.

## Filter and resize cards

* Open **Filter by Order Type**, select the order type, and tap **Apply Filter**.
* Use **Show All** in the filter dialog, or **Clear Filter**, to remove the filter.
* Open **Adjust Card Size**, move the size slider, and tap **Close** when the
tickets are readable from your working position.

If a ticket is missing, clear the order-type filter, check all relevant status
tabs, and tap **Sync**. Ask the order-taking staff to confirm that the items were
sent to KOT.
