Change items and tables
Open the table and review the order before changing it. The available actions depend on whether items have been sent to KOT, whether the table is in billing, your role, and connectivity.
Edit an unsent item
Use the item’s +, −, quantity, and comment controls. If removing the last quantity opens an alert, choose Delete item to remove only that item or Delete complete order to discard the whole order. Check the selection before confirming.
For items already sent to KOT, follow the reason prompt or use the appropriate order action. If editing is blocked, do not add a replacement item until you have checked how the original item will be handled.
Shift the whole order
- While online, send outstanding items to KOT.
- Open the order’s three-dot menu and choose Shift Table. Some roles use a separate shift icon instead.
- Enter the reason and tap Proceed.
- Select the destination from the tables offered by the app and finish the selection.
- Open the destination table and verify the items.
Use this for moving the order as a whole. To move only some items, use Move Items.
Move selected items
- Send the current items to KOT.
- Choose Move Items from the three-dot menu.
- Select the item checkboxes, then tap the action that appears at the top.
- Enter a reason, tap Proceed, and select the destination table.
- Check both tables after the move.
Split or cancel selected items
The top selection action requires at least one selected item. Split Item requires leaving at least one item in the original order; selecting all items is rejected. If an action presents a reason dialog and you cancel it, the operation does not proceed.
Delete the order
The Delete Order action in the three-dot menu requires a reason. Online, the app asks you to send the order to KOT before using this action. It affects the complete order, so check the table and order number carefully.
If the table is already in billing
Use RE-OPEN TABLE on the bill screen and provide a reason to return it to an editable state. Review the updated bill before collecting payment.
Shifting, moving, and splitting are unavailable offline. Offline cancellation has different eligibility rules; see Work offline and sync.
